Reducing Interest on credit in the UK

Reducing or suspending interest payments on credit
If you have a CCJ or other credit then there are a number scenarios that could occur in relation to the interest that would otherwise have been due on the debt if you had not been taken to court.

In preparing the county court summons the lender may apply for a county court judgment in the amount of the entire loan including all interest that would be payable under the original credit agreement. Because the interest is added at the start there will be no other interest to pay and once the county court judgment is paid off you will find that the entire debt will have been paid in full. The judgment will also be satisfied at that time.
