What can a creditor or debt collector do?
It is not reasonable for a creditor or debt collector to misrepresent letters so that they look like court claims.

It is not reasonable for a company to not make clear its role. (eg a debt collector must state clearly in his letters his course of business).

Debts and misrepresentation
It is not reasonable for a creditor to use complicated legal wordings which can not be reasonably understood by a layperson, and which could give rise to confusion, misunderstanding, or plain impossibility to read.

It is not reasonable for a creditor or lender to misrepresent his or hers legal position or exaggerate it, or to claim to be a bailiff, an officer of a court, an officer of a government body etc.
