Credit administration order
Once all the creditors respond the application for the order will be considered. If there are no objections the order will usually be approved and your monthly payment set in place. If there are objections then you will be informed. This does not mean your application will be denied, just that a court hearing will be set up for you to make your case and for the creditors to make their objections in person.
