Changing the amount of an already issued county court order
If you have a county court judgment and are paying it off in installments then the amount of the installments will have been decided by the court. If you can't afford the monthly amount then you can apply to the court to get the amount reduced.

The Process for removing County Court Judgments
you must satisfy the court that your circumstances have changed and demonstrate why it is you have difficulty to pay the already agreed amount.

Reasons could include the loss of your job, or reduction in income, but could equally include inflation in the cost of living or other arrangements that need to be kept up
