You can remove a judgment from the county court if you can prove and or solidly state that you did not live in the address. The burden of proof generally lies with you as the court may ask you to provide some evifence if you try to claim that you were not around to receive the summons. The judgment can be then set aside if all is acceptable but you will still likley need to pay the debt and if you can do this in full at the time of the hearing you stand a better chance of having the judgment removed all at one time.
